With the technological acceleration, coupled with Indonesia’s bonus demography in 2045, our nation is in the midst of redefining its efforts in workforce development. If we don’t use the right strategy and use our time effectively, we might lose the momentum to compete and win the global competition.
One of the key efforts is to develop our leaders to ensure they can lead their teams and organizations to grow. Leaders have a direct impact on workforce development, business growth, and on developing better policies for the nation.
If we need leaders to lead better and make good decisions, then we need to take a proactive approach in developing better leaders. Furthermore, here are several qualities that a good leader should possess:
